• The caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people and at no time must this be exceeded. Only occupants registered are allowed to occupy the caravan, if any additional occupants are found you will be asked to leave forfeiting the rest of your holiday with no refund due.

• The Caravan Owners or their representatives shall be allowed access the holiday caravan at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.

• The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples. Seaview Holiday Rentals cannot accommodate all male or all female parties.

• Strictly NO PETS allowed in this accommodation.

• Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. There will be a £100 fee payable if you do not comply to cover specialist cleaning costs.

• The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

• Park speed limits must not be exceeded.

• Seaview is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of the holiday and no refund will be due.

• Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.

• All litter and rubbish must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.

• Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.

• Do not disarm smoke alarms.

• All electrical and domestic goods and heaters must be switched off upon leaving the caravan.

• Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and other linen items are provided, however, reckless behaviour causing damage to items will result in loss of the £50 deposit fee.

• The deposit fee will be held for 48 hours after departure following a satisfactory inspection provided there is no damage and the caravan is left clean and tidy. However, you will be liable for damage costs more than the value of the deposit.

• Park rules apply at all times.

• Park Holidays and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age).

• Seaview Holiday Rentals reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.

• All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.

• The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

• The Caravan must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
